Cancellation:
– Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by emailing us at hello@luvoraskincare.com.

Return Eligibility:
– Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
– Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
– We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds:
– Refunds are processed within 10 working days after item inspection.
– Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
